I use one email on several computers, and the actions taken on thunderbird does not syncronize. How can I fix this?

hi I use one email on several computers, and the actions taken on Thunderbird does not synchronize with the other computers. How can I fix this? By this I mean moving an email to a folder and actually getting emails on all the computers using the same email and that the action made has been synchronized with the rest the computers.
