Firefox crashing frequently

I've set up a custom desktop for a relative, installed windows 7, firefox 24, etc. Since install FF has been crashing multiple times a day. I cleaned the registry, uninstalled, reinstalled, scanned for spyware/viruses downgraded to version 19 and though 19 seems more stable, it has still crashed in the last 24 hours.

The only crash report I have is from the downgraded version: bp-be23ef36-4add-489f-95c7-7c0092130924 9/24/20136:13 AM

Turn the Firefox Ionmonkey etc. javascript compiler's off.

Go to about:config and search for "jit". Set these values below to false "javascript.options.methodjit.chrome" and "javascript.options.methodjit.content".

For help using about:config, refer to kb.mozillazine.org/About:config
