Your response is very sincerely appreciated. However my personal status prevents my taking advantage of your kindness. While I started computing at age 74, E-mail, IM, Buying stuff etc...learning... I have not become any part of being a GURU and now at age 87 unable to get into the actions you suggest - I simply do not have the guts to venture into that which I know nest to nothing about. But I still much appreciate your kindness. William E. Baer. SMS, USN / USAF retired in Anniston, Alabama 36206
If the inoperable button or link is near the top of the page....
Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem (you appear to have some Yahoo add-ons installed). They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. If you have either or both, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.

The problem has been solved by following advice to REMOVE ad-ons which were 3-4 Microsoft Tool Bars. Thanks a million !! William e. Baer
