Two Versions of FF are running
Got an email and updated to FF4. It checked my current system while installing and upgraded the previous version to FF4 - saving settings, removing incompatible add-ons etc. Since then, through Task Manager/Processes I can see two versions of FF and two plug-in containers. Tried un-install, re-install following these TS hints: "During the uninstalling process, do not select the option to Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations. You will lose all of your bookmarks, history, passwords and settings.
After running the unistaller, be sure to also delete the Firefox installation folder which is located here by default: C:\Program files\Mozilla Firefox" Did all that, re-installed FF4 but now, even after I close my Browser Ccleaner tells me FF is still running. It's using 92,000 of memory plus 2 lots of Plugin container. AVG PC Clean-up lists Firefox (1) and Firefox (2) but there is no exe in the program file except FF version 4

Nothing in reply or support??? Guess I'll have to figure this out myself. Probably save bookmarks and delete everything. Gee this version is causing problems for a lot of people. Thought it was Beta tested???
Fixed it myself guys. 1) Clicked Bookmarks/Show all bookmarks and then hit the Import/Backup tab. Saved to C drive. 2) unistalled FF4, telling it to remove all settings. 3) Deleted Firefox folder from Programs. 4) Ran CCleaner to clean up scraps and registry. 5) Ran FF4 installation. 6) Did the Tools settings and from Bookmarks/Show all bookmarks imported cased file (point 1) from C Drive.
