A bunch of sent emails have disappeared
A lot of my sent emails have disappeared. I have tried multiple troubleshoot several ways I found online but not working. here are some of the things I have tried: - check to make sure that "View -> Messages" and "View -> Threads" are both set to "All". - check antivirus - tried running Thunderbird in safe mode - checked other folders - tried 'repairing' sent folder
PLEASE help me. I run my business from this email and Need to recover these emails. Thank you, Christine

What is your account type, POP or IMAP?
Do you have a backup of your Thunderbird profile folder? Since you use the account for business, you really should have a backup.

Hi I have a POP account. I am not sure what the difference is though?
I do not have a profile folder backup?

Help (Alt-H) - Troubleshooting Information - Profile Folder - Open Folder
This should open your profile folder in Windows Explorer.
Navigate to the folder for your POP account. It should be underneath a folder 'Mail' in your profile.
Underneath the folder for your POP account there should be a file 'Sent'. What is the size of 'Sent'? Please provide a screenshot also. http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
