Can't print, Firefox symbol top left has gone. Tried Troubleshooting info which said a widow will open in top corner. CLick allow then click install. Can't get past clicking Install, just nothing. So I tried Manual steps which said Open Help, look at top of scren click on menu item called Help. Well, bad luck there is no menu item called help at the top of my screen. What do I do now, pray?

Hi,

I'm assuming you just upgraded to Firefox 29. Firefox has a new UI as opposed to the old version 28. The orange Firefox button has been replaced by the "hamburger" icon located to the far right side of your browser. Looks like The image "new fx menu" does not exist.. From there, you can access all of your options and even customize the way it's set up by going to Customize. From there, you can access Print or for a quicker way, press CTRL + P

I tried the hamburger, it had no effect. Print button didn't work. I have just restored the classic version using some link I stumbled across. Now the hamburger print button does work, go figure.
