Could be a problem with the sessionstore.js file, so try to delete thus file and let Firefox create a new file.

Ок. Thank You cor-el. Problem was in old session with too many tabs. How you say, i bookmark all my tabs. Then i export all bookmarks for backup. Then i create new profile. And move to new profile places.sqlite. I have my history and bookmarks. Now Firefox work normal.
