How to save a cached ebook from my cache?

So, I rented some eTextbooks from Coursesmart.com today. I can save them to my cache to read offline, but I can only do it from one device, which sucks. I can access my cache files through the "about:cache" command and I can find the url listing for the ebooks in the cache directory.

My questions is, how can I save these to my computer from the cache directory? When I save the link, it just opens a "Cache Entry Information" page, but displays nothing at all. I want to save this entire book to my computer so I can look at it from my my laptop or tablet as well, or just have it on a flashdrive to take to school with me.

Any suggestions?
