unable to switch back from "always view thiss page in IE"
I have been having problems viewing a particular web page, and eventually set it to always be viewed in IE. I now need to test some new settings provided by the web site support team, and cannot open this page in Firefox to test; there seems to be no way to reset this command and I have not found anything using the help files. As this particular page refuses to open in Chrome and causes problems in IE, I would rather sort it all out using Firefox, if I can reset the command so the page does not always open in IE. I am unable to give the URL, as it is a private download site for a digital magazine and requires account number and password. I do also download another magazine from this same website, with a different entry point, and have absolutely no problems with that page.

Are you aware that "always view this page in IE" isn't a standard feature in Firefox? It's a feature of a Firefox extension, which is why you can't find it on a Firefox help page.
Check the download page for that particular extension to find out how to change that preference, or tell us which extension that is and we'll look for a FAQ page for that extension.
