Frequent Firefox Updates
Hello, I have a Windows 8.1 Lenovo ThinkPad. I'm legally blind and need to use screen magnifier software (Zoom Text Fusion) in order to use a computer. I like Firefox. I've observed that Firefox has been updating software quite often. In fact, some days it's more than once. Can you please chill on that, limiting the updates to once a week or so? Every time Firefox requires me to update, my laptop freezes for some reason and I must reboot and open documents again and again.
I'd also like to bring to your attention that the text using Firefox browser was once black and crisp using my screen magnifier. Approximately eight months ago, it has changed to grey and fuzzy. This doesn't happen on all web pages but most. Can you please fix that also? The Fusion people say they can't do anything about this as "Firefox broke the accessibility by updating the browser". Can you please partner with them to get this straightened out? I need my black crisp text back! I also recommend you do Firefox software testing with folks like me who use this sort of software to be sure they play well with each other before releasing updates.
When using my screen magnifier, some of the magnified words disappear off of the screen. In order to see the rest of the words, I must pan with my mouse. This is not very efficient. Is it possible for you to work your magic so that words wrap to the next line automatically when things are magnified? This is possible when using my Note 5 phone using Chrome browser, haven't tried it with Firefox.
Please don't forget about folks like us. There are many of us who use screen magnifiers. Thanks! :)

While test versions of the browser can and do update several times a day/week, the normal version only updates once in a while. Except for bug fixes.

Make sure you are on the release update channel and not using developer builds like Beta and Developer Edition or Nightly that update more than once per week/day. See "Help -> About Firefox".
You can consider to switch to the Firefox ESR release if you want a more stable layout and not get confronted with changes too often.
With the next release Firefox ESR will switch from 78 ESR to 91 ESR and best would be for you to use Firefox 91.2.0 ESR if you want to give this a try.
