How do I use Flash on Firefox?
The little icon that used to be on Firefox to turn on flash is missing with the update. when i go to a page with flash i get a message saying Firefox no longer allows or supports plug-ins like Adobe Flash Player. 90% of the internet uses flash so why remove it from Firefox?
The only browser that i can find that still allows flash is Internet Explorer and Edge. I guess I'll stop using Firefox, Also Firefox has gotten so slow, its like pouring honey when its cold.

Flash is still support. Ya go ahead. https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2016/07/20/reducing-adobe-flash-usage-in-firefox/ No idea about any little icon accept for the ones that turn up in pages where it tells you Flash is not activated and click here. When you click here you get a pop out from the far left of the address bar saying do you want to run Flash yes, and sometimes do you want to remember. As per below : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/why-do-i-have-click-activate-plugins
Please use this to uninstall Flash : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Then Install : Flash Player Version: 28.0.0.126 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>
For using to much ram or slow ... Plus maybe need to do this for fix any ways. uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
So the 2nd is to do this please : go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check (put a tick in the box) the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.
Monitor in Task Manager. Should stay below 2 gigs. If excessive then do below and monitor and change if need to...Test and go up again , go back down, it will eventually get a zone you and it can live with.
Go the 3 Bar Menu then Options --> General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Not sure where you got the message claiming Firefox no longer supports the NPAPI Flash Plugin. In Fact Mozilla is still indeed continuing to support the Flash Plugin with increasing restrictions over time until as late as late 2020 when Adobe stops doing security updates for their Flash Plugin.
https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2017/07/25/firefox-roadmap-flash-end-life/ https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Plugins/Roadmap
It is other NPAPI Plugins like Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat etc that support has been dropped for since the Firefox 52.0 Release. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins
