updated gmpopenh264.dll installed with out consent. Norton notification shows no signed data
I read around and apparently this is a video player plug-in, etc. But what worries me is that Norton treated the exact name and extension as a download to scan. No developer name in the description. I went to TastefullyOffensive.com when the Norton notification popped up and displayed the file.
The file itself is listed as modified 1/15/2015 and hasn't updated the date. Checking the properties lists the recent date on the created attribute, but not on the accessed or modified attributes.

What did Norton do with the file?
Quarantined? Restore it. Blocked? Unblock it. Wants permission? Give it.
Fixed Flash version as there was a update to 16.0.0.305. Take a moment to check each time and not rely on clipboard.
