Everytime I exit your new Firefox, it will NOT start up later. A message tells me it's still running and I must restart my computer to start Firefox.

I downloaded the new Firefox for my PC Windows 7 computer. After using and exiting Firefox, the browser will not restart. Instead, I get a message that says it's still running, BUT it won't open!
