What is LSO cookies while closing mozilla firefox i am getting one popup box like "Better privacy is about to remove 6LSO cookies.
Note :LSO's might contain data that you consider as important.
You can exclude LSO's from deletion at the next Firefox session.
To keep LSO's this time press cancel/press ok to follow deletion. and then 'ok' and 'cancel' buttons.
So what to do now shall i remove LSO cookies or not...? Please help me. Is this major issue?

Not related to your question, but...
You may need to update some plug-ins. Check your plug-ins and update as necessary:
- Plug-in check: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
- Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in: Installing (or Updating) the Shockwave plugin with Firefox
- Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape: Installing/Updating Adobe Reader in Firefox
- Shockwave Flash (Adobe Flash or Flash): Updating Flash in Firefox
- Next Generation Java Plug-in for Mozilla browsers: Installing or Updating Java in Firefox
Seems like you have installed additional software that monitors and offers to delete Flash cookies or LSOs.
Have a look at the Better Privacy homepage to find out more about what you installed. It is not malware it will install cleanly or allow you to temporarily disable it from the firefox Add-ons menu.

I did not get the proper answer. If i will delete LSO cookies what will happen? Is LSO cookies also same as normal cookies? Usually normal cookies we have to delete. But what about LSO cookies shall i delete or not?
LSO cookies are stored in a different place and many/most never expire. LSO cookies (and cookies, in general) are considered by some users as a security issue as they can be used for tracking your internet usage.
Generally there are no negative effects if you delete LSO cookies. Read the information in the links provided by me and by John99. I use Better Privacy and another program to clean LSO cookies, as Better Privacy looks in only one place for the LSO cookies and they may be stored in several places on your hard drive.
