I am trying to access my gmail accounts from my Firefox screen. I have my accounts listed at the bottom of the Firefox web page. After I installed Firefox 6.0.2 I am not able to access my gmail accounts from the firefox screen. I received a message that my browser's cookie functionality is turned off. I followed the procedures to turn the cookies on and set Firefox to "use custom settings for history. I cannot get these selections to save. What is the solution?

That OK.

If "Remember History" is selected then that means that all history and cookie settings have the default value.
"Use custom settings for history" reverts to "(Never) Remember history" if all History and Cookies settings have the default setting.
You only see "Use custom settings for history" if at least one of the History or Cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes from the defaults are made.
