In the last couple weeks, if I do a search on my homepage MSN, the results show up in a new window instead of a tab like they used to. It doesn't happen with any other page, ie Google, Yahoo, AOL, etc. I contacted MSN and they say it is a Firefox issue.

I checked in my options and I have the option set to open new windows in tabs instead but it still keeps happening. It wasn't doing this a couple weeks ago when it didn't before.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

It was so weird, about 30 minutes before your reply came, it stopped doing the new window things. I will keep this marked though just in case it starts again.
