every minute or so when I am on a website on Firefox it goes to a new tab and says server not found try again. When I click of it I get back to my original site. WHY Make it stop

Sounds to me that you have some malware installed that is hijacking your browser.
I suggest you run a virus, adware, and malware scanners to see what they find.
There is a program named hijackthis and there is a forum at http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html where you can get help.
Go there, read the instructions "Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help" and see if they can help you.
