Hi,

I got a new Macbook Air and when I went to sign into sync, it said my password was incorrect - I tried all my usual ones, which I know for a 100% fact it is one of them, but it wouldnt let me in, so I opted to reset. I received a reset email and when I went to reset, it said "Cllient has sent too many requests." So, I'm stuck here. Can't sync. Can't reset password. Help!?

I assume that this condition will reset automatically after a few hours, so you will have to wait until this works. Can you log in here to the Firefox Account?

The Sync version used in Firefox 34 and later uses the password manager to store the name (e-mail) and password to be used to connect to the Sync server. The chrome://FirefoxAccounts entry in the password manager stores the authentication data (kA and kB) in JSON format. Previous Firefox versions stored this data in the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder, but the current version only stores the sessionToken in this file and needs the password manager for the password. There may also be a password stored in the Password Manager for the Firefox Sync account (accounts.firefox.com website) if you directly sign in to this website. chrome://FirefoxAccounts (Firefox Accounts credentials)
