Is there any way to change shortcuts that are switching between tabs(currently ctrl+pgdown and ctrl+pgup), addon customizable shortcuts doesn't really helped me

You can also press Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab
Keyconfig is an alternative to the Customizable Shortcuts add-on.
