Change text from title of inbox mail in order to enhance the searches

A lot of mail receiveds has a wrong title that it doesnt show the real issue of the body, then my proposal is allow change the text of the mail title only in my inbox in order to enhance the searches.

By other hand, the original title should be available in order to get the same traceability than the others receptors.
