Why am I getting 2 emails, instead of 1 email

Hi All,

I was testing with BCC in thunderbird (latest version), by sending an email to myself which is a zoho mail address. In the To field, I typed my own email zoho mail address which I was using. In the BCC, I typed another old hotmail email which I rarely use. When I hit send, I received 2 emails in my zoho mail address. The first received email was good, as it only showed the To field. But I also received another email, which showed the To field, and also the BCC field. Can someone please advise why is BCC address showing? And also, I should receive only 1 email (without the BCC showing).

Hi,

I am trying to delete the image attached with the above question and I want to delete it immediately. I am trying to do but not being able to do it. Can someone from the development team delete this image or help me to do it? I did not even attach this image and not sure how it got attached. Please help.
