Am unable to have my gmail page saved as one of the start up sites as I used to. Now have to log into Google each time I open Firefox. How can I change it bac
I'm using Firefox 55.0.3 (32-bit) on Windows 10. This problem is about 2-3 weeks running. I use Windows 10.

You're logged in status is stored in special cookies. If those cookies are removed, you will need to login again.
You may be in Private Browsing mode or told Firefox not to remember.
Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar.
The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.
