hello BudIsland, lightbeam is (currently?) only available for firefox on desktop and not for the android version: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lightbeam/

The Extensions for Android version is listed in https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/extensions/ as you can select it in the Other Applications menu on top of a.m.o
