gmail email print is small and I don't know how to adjust it.

When I open my email the message print is so small I cannot read it. Some say it is an adjustment on the zoom feature in google which I don't know about or where to find the adjustment. Others have said that it is the settings in gmail again which I don't know about or where to find them. The settings print is also so small it is unreadable. Please advise.

While viewing that page, reset the zoom level in Firefox = {Ctrl + 0} < zero
