my back and forward buttons quit working after downloading ff4 and my refresh button does not work either..
like i said, my back and forward and refresh buttons quit working after i downloaded firefox 4....they worked before the download...i want firefox 3 back!..help!..

Outdated plugins may also cause this problem. Please visit the the Plugins Check page and update where necessary.
thanks but it did not work....can i get 3.0 firefox?....
Please do the following to ensure a clean installation.
- Use Internet Explorer to download Firefox 4.0.1 from this link: Download Firefox 4.0.1 and choose "Save" when you see the prompt. Then save it to your desktop. Do not choose "Run".
- Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (don't checkmark the box).
- Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier.
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation.
After you complete the installation, please go to the Plugins Check page and update where necessary.
