Seems that JPG attachment emails are not received by recipient
is there a maximum file size in attachments , it seems that some send emails either are not delivered or the JPG does not show on the receiving end . Do I have to resize pictures before I send the email . Thank you .

You can check this by sending to yourself. This may be a receiver problem. I recall sending to a person using Outlook and her default setting (unknown to her) was to disallow jpg attachments.
