Within the last3/4 days i have encountered problems with my emails. I am able to open up my list of emails as normal but not able to open individual emails or compose new ones.In addition there is usually a row of links across the top of the email page with headings such as "delete" "move" etc. but these are now missing. My emails are accessed through my SKY account to which my email address is linked.Sky use yahoo for emails. I have contacted sky and they suggested that i open my emails using another browser such as google or IE which i did and this worked but i would like to open them using Firefox as i have always done. Sky also suggested that one remedy might be to uninstall Firefox and install it again. Any suggestions please?
