firefox has been hacked. I know where they are from and the IP #. What do I do to stop it? They are pretending to be me on chat.
As I said my fb has been hacked and it says they are getting in by my firefox. I have the IP# of the person and where they are from. They are also chatting pretending to be me. I changed my facebook account password but they are still doing it.

Do a malware check with some malware scan programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
