After upgrading to FireFox 35 the add-on "FastestFox" doesn't work. I tried many solutions (that I used to use them in such cases) such as delete and reinstalling the add-on, uninstall then reinstall FireFox and refreshing FireFox, but nothing works! The developer's email is suspended or deleted, and even the support email in the site of the add-on (http://fastestfox.com). Please, help.

Sorry Tyler, this doesn't work, I also tried to download the add-on file and install from it, and it also doesn't work.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

While still in safe mode, go to the Add-ons Manager, and remove FastestFox. Restart Firefox. Is the browser working okay now?

After you are sure, re-install FastestFox.
