Hi, Firefox is trying to close (and forget) all the tabs (and groups they are in) after my session. I use the option "restore tabs and windows from previous session" but it seems to be reseting to "show homepage" somehow. Fortunatly, FF warns me if I'm trying to close all the tabs. I'm not 100% but this issue occurs since im using tabgroups.

Thanks terrlinde

See:

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Make sure that you do not use Clear History to clear the Browsing History when you close Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Privacy: History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings

I'm using the full History without any restrictions. It resets every time i switch to another tabgroup.

So, the startup setting in General (Allgemein) changes from "Show my windows and tabs from last time" to "Home page"?

Did you check for problems with the preferences?

Yup, at some point, i dunno exactly when, it changes to "home page". I'll get notified if several Tabs are getting closed.

Where can I perform such check?
