Every time I open my browser this message comes up "Firefox could not download the search plugin from: file:///C:/Users/Sharniece/AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/0ooirjcr.default/extensions/toolbar@ask.com/searchplugins/askcom.xml"

I want to know what it means and how it can be fixed.
