There is no gray border around active links in Firefox 4. How do I get it back?

One of my favorite things about Firefox was that whenever I would click on a link, there would be this gray dotted border around it. Now in Firefox 4 it is gone, and I do not like that at all. Is there any way to get it back?

(sorry, post ended up in wrong thread)

You should still see that focus ring if you click a link or use the Tab key to navigate clickable items on a web page.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
