New emails are not showing in the inbox (oddly the one from my Firefox login is). The count of unread messages is going up, but they don't show up in the list.

They are there if I search, and the search does say that they are in the inbox.

Chosen solution

Got it to clear the ignore thread flag.

Only worked in the inbox, and not in the search folder, after ticking "View/Threads/Ignored Threads" to make the missing items reappear.

Add to this. Not all old messages in the inbox show up either. I can see 4 read ones, but a 'Search' folder, with a filter criteria of listing files < 10 days old, is showing 13 others and the in Inbox header says "Inbox 19 Messages"

Looking at one of the invisible messages, I see it has 'Ignore Thread' set. I can't seem to unset this, and certainly didn't set it.
