In Firefox v102.14.0esr on Debian Linux 12, 0) I disable all extensions 1) I press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE and clear all history (i.e., Everything) 2) I open a new tab and type discounttire.com 3) I am shown a blank white page

In Google Chrome, 4) I disable all extensions, clear all history and cookies etc 5) I open a new tab and type discounttire.com 6) I am taken to a visible discount tire webpage

Why is Firefox not working? How do I get Discount Tire webpage to show on Firefox?

Works for me in 102.15.0esr.

Try changing secure DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Increased Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

@zeroknight I tried disabling secure DNS and setting to No Proxy. Great suggestions, but these did not work to solve the problem.

@cor-el I was able to successfully access https://www.discounttiredirect.com/ Can you offer insight into why I cannot access discounttire.com? Is discounttiredirect.com the same company as discounttire.com?

A VPN, proxy or DNS could affect your ability to access the site.

Both sites use the same security certificate which indicates they are the same entity.
