I have two e-mail accounts set up on my Windows 10 computer, one on my iMac and one on my Linux machine. As of a couple of days ago, I am not able to download mail on my Windows computer. When I click "Get Messages", it shows: "goatcabin@notoriousshankbrothers.com: Connected to pop.secureserver.net..." and the green progress bar shows activity, but nothing else happens, and it finally goes away. It doesn't say "There are no messages" or anything else. I can get my e-mail online at my Webmail, and I can send messages, but I just can't download them. I have checked all the settings, and they are the same as on my other computers, which are still able to get messages on those e-mail accounts. ????? I called my e-mail provider, and they just told me to check my settings, which I've done. Help! Alan Shank

More info. I configured my goatcabin e-mail on my iMac, and was able to download my messages. ???? So, it looks like it has to do with the connection between my Windows computer and the pop.secureserver.net e-mail server. ??? Thanks, Alan Shank

Even more info. When I configured my goatcabin e-mail on my iMac, I DID NOT check the "Leave messages on server", yet my messages are still on the server.
