Firefox user for years. I am tired of crashes. I give up, no help here.
I love Firefox. Over the past 4-6 weeks, it is constantly crashing. I have reinstalled, went to default, stopped HTML5 (as I was instructed), nothing works. Firefox has always been great up till now. I give up, and there are no live people here to assist. I really hate IE, but I feel as if I have no choice.I will give you time to answer my question, please come through, because I HATE IE!

Have you tried typing “about:support” in your address bar, then clicking the “Refresh Firefox” button and going ahead with the process? It solves almost all the problems that most of us have with Firefox.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
