Audio file plays randomly drowning out everything else, can't track it down but closing Firefox cuts it short so it seems to be linked.

Any time Firefox is open, regardless of what site(s) I am on, it will randomly play this short audio file that fades out to inaudibility over about 15~20 seconds. It doesn't even happen on a regular schedule, sometimes every couple minutes, other times hours apart. I can't track it down but closing Firefox cuts it off instead of letting it play through.
