After I upgraded to Firefox 12.0, RealPlayer stopped downloading videos. Firefox isn't even listed on the RealPlayer preferences area. I prefer Firefox, but don't know what to do.

Hi texasbill,

You should take a look at this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/707460

It seems that the issue might be related to the Adobe Update.

This post should help you get back up and running:

"I did the following: Open the Realplayer, press pulldown menu and select "Preference" select "Download and recording", then uncheck and check again the "Enable recording button" option, and then "OK" to exit "Preference". After restarting the browser, the download video button will come out again. It must be the Adobe Flash updater changed some configurations in the browser and need Realplayer to re-configure it again. I use the Taiwan's version of Realplayer, so the item names are translated into English, might be slightly different with what you will see. "
