I have been trying to bookmark the following site, http://www.indianarailwaymuseum.org/index.html, but when I hit 'Bookmark This Page' instead I get " Remove Bookmark". If I go to Bookmarks > Bookmarks Toolbar > Bookmarks Menu and Click I can find in amongst some old deleted and present bookmarks this site, but I want to put it in my wife's bookmark folder so she can easily access it. One of my bookmark folders is one just for my wife's stuff. Is the site in some way not letting me bookmark it?

If you get "Remove Bookmark" then that means that there already exists a bookmark with that URL.
You need to make a copy of that bookmark if you want it to appear in another folder.
You can do that via the right-click context menu or via the Organize menu in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks)

This works! I "think" I solved my problem this way "sorta", but only after a lot of trying and swearing over the last two days. This was the right, simple, way easier way! Thanks much. I added copied bookmarks to several other bookmark folders by this really simple 'copy and paste' technique.

You could also check Unsorted Bookmarks in the Show All Bookmarks window and see if you have that same site you were trying to bookmark in there. If you have it there delete it so you can bookmark it again.
