So last Friday night i made a system update (windows 7) and it sayed that I have to reboot the system so of course I did that, then I wanted to check the last things from Mozilla before I go to sleep but it sayed the same message as if you don't have network connections on, but i had. So i rebooted my computer, it was the same thing. Well then I tested if Internet Explorer works, and it worked. The next day tested some solutions this is what i tested: Change the proxy settings, Change the settings same as in Internet Explorer, I even added it to my trusted files in my firewalls, (Windows firewall and Comodo Firewall) I disabled the firewalls, I even Uninstalled Firefox and made a clean install. But no! Nothing worked. So i thought that I have to test other browsers and I tested Opera and Safari these had the same problem they didn't connect. Then I find a possible solution that i should find thing like direct connection to internet but I didn't find it from my firefox 4. I asked my brother that does his firefox work and it worked with him, so, then I find out that gameprogram Steam Doesn't connect to internet too and some games that need internet. So what's going on?

By the way. Im finnish so sorry if my english is bad!

Start > type CMD press enter Type netsh winsock reset and press enter. Reboot if asked.

Seems to work those in a similar situation.
