In FF4, the Most Visited list was different than before - how do I get it back to what it was and how do "Forget this site" and "Delete this page" work?

When I installed FF4, the Most Visited list changed. Some sites I visit a lot are not there. I tried to change the list using "Forget about this site" and "Delete this page" to clear some sites out, but frequent sites are not showing up. If I "Forgot" or "Deleted" a site can I get it back? How do these work?

"Delete this page" only removes that page from the history.

"Forget About This Site" will remove all the current content (e.g. bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, exceptions) that you have saved from a website.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

You can not recover the removed data unless you have a backup of the affected files in the Firefox Profile Folder
