Hello   mozda,

That symbol means that under the   "Permissions"   tab,   when you scroll down to   "Autoplay",   "Use Default"  is unchecked and   "Block Audio and Video"   is checked.

You'll see what I mean when you click on the padlock,   click on the little black arrow next to   "Connection secure",   then on   "More information",   and choose the   "Permissions"   tab.

You can normally hover such an icon to get a descriptive tooltip to see what function this icon has. If you click the padlock icon then you should see a list of modified permission settings and this should include the 'autoplay' function as that is what the icon in your screenshot is about like posted above.
