Is it possible in Firefox to automatically add a visible creationdate to a bookmark?
I would like to see the creation date of any bookmark made when looking at bookmarks. This would to me make organizing bookmarks much more efficient. I would like Firefox to do this for me automatically. Now I have to do this manually, which is a bit cumbersome.

Note that you can make more columns available via the Views menu or via the right-click context menu of the header bar in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) including the Added column.

Why don't you just create an addon for this?
Hello Jeroen,
I don't know if this would be (or even come close to) what you want, but when you go to the Library => Other Bookmarks (press Ctrl + Shift + B to get there ) : at the right end you'll see the dates bookmarks were added (under the 'Added' tab) ......
