There's something odd in your first picture: it shows 'size unknown' for the attachments, as if they aren't really attached in full. If you look at the message source (Ctrl+U), can you see the text of the message? Are these messages sent from a smartphone or is the sender using some kind of text-to-email process on T-Mobile?

yes these messages are sent from phones. mine messages to t hem are from a computer their answers are from phones yes
