Firefox's built-in pop-up blocker can't block in-page pop-ups, such as "pain-toasters" and "pain-borderboxes" and other pain, pain, pain. Does anyone know of user scripts or user css to kill these elements and protect against the pain, pain, pain?

I've searched online, but all I can find are instructions on how to inflict more pain, pain, pain on unwary visitors.
