OS is Win7. Firefox worked fine yesterday before an auto update. Internet Explorer works fine. Used it to download and install new copy of Mozilla Firefox after uninstall. Still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

The last crash report is over a year old...so no data to view.

My Microsoft Excel and Word are crashing at open also. Something major is hosed and it isn't with Firefox. Must be a problem with my OS.

Hi, you can open a DOs Prompt at as a Administrator search cmd.exe then Right Click and open as Admin.

Copy/Past Sfc/ scannow then enter, reboot after (sfc/<space>scannow)

May fix something up with registry and system files. G'luck
