See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics Family as they are a yrs old : driverDate: 3-25-2011 I see errors in the drivers. You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and find the download page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics-drivers.html, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. CPU-Z would tell you this https://www.cpuid.com/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.
They are called forever cookies. As you can see why. They can also be Flash Cookies and the only way to control cookies is to use ad-blockers such as uBlock Origin, Ghostery and forcing sites to use Https with HttpsEverywhere. SuperAntiSpyware is a good way to get rid of tracking cookies (does not need to startup at boot) as are 3rd party cleaners. These types of cookies can go to your Temp folder also then repopulate when delete so should use Microsoft Disk Cleanup to cleanup Temp files or other 3rd party programs. https://senk9.wordpress.com/checklists/adblocking-definitively-measured/
In Short it is not a Firefox issue but a determined NY Post effort to track you and your browsing habits and need to use other means to eliminate these from your system.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
