How can I remove sites that I have allowed Shockwave Flash to always activate?

There is at least one site that is playing Shockwave Flash without permission. I am sure I did not give permission for this site to use Shockwave Flash, but it is anyway. In my settings for Flash I have it set to Ask to Activate. Somehow, Time Warner Cable Email has been using Flash without permission. Is there a list I can remove it from? I searched for a way to remove this site from using Flash automatically, but I had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
