Click on the star at the right of the address bar to bring up the attached screen. You can change the name, pick a folder, and tags.

Hi offingarias, in the screenshot shared by OBW47, you'll notice there is a checkbox near the bottom of the Add/Edit Bookmark panel to "Show editor when saving". You can check that box if you want the panel to drop down automatically when you are saving a new bookmark.

If you are normally changing to the same folder over and over, you can use an add-on to set that other folder as the default folder for new bookmarks:

Is this for mobile iOS? I don’t see these options.

That is for Mac, sorry. The design on iOS is highly simplified compared with desktop systems.
