Hi out there - I can't open Outlook email, hope somebody can help. I've cleared the cache and deleted the bookmark, but when I type https://outlook.live.com I am seeing this message every time: "SECURE CONNECTION FAILED - An error occurred during a connection to mail.live.com. Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT"

hi, unfortunately MS has misconfigured a security feature (OCSP stapling) on their servers which got now cached in your local firefox installation.

in order to resolve that, please enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling. double-click it and change its value to false - this will degrade a security feature in firefox, so please revisit it in a couple of days again after microsoft has fixed their stuff and turn it back on again then...

Thanks Philipp. I hope Microsoft address this quickly if degrades Firefox security. (I also hope it has nothing to do with the pop-ups I'm getting from Microsoft advertising their own browser.)

Your system details show that you have two versions of Shockwave Flash installed. Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older program,   and then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version: 25.0.0.171

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
